Shipping policy

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Products that are not available in our main warehouse are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. 

Most European orders are shipped with GLS. For countries outside the EU, we use FedEx or postal services. 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. The estimated transit time for your order will be displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.
 
We ship across Europe and to selected destinations worldwide. Available shipping options and shipping prices are displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Orders delivered outside the European (EU) may be subject to local import duties and taxes levied by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. More information can be found in SECTION 19 - CUSTOMS AND IMPORT
